The Care Center residents may personalize their living area, with their own furniture and pictures.
Our professional staff works together to ensure residents enjoy a feeling of health and well being while providing assistance with activities of daily living and supporting nursing home residents' short-term, long-term and end of life care.
Three hot and nutritionally balanced meals, plus regular afternoon and evening snacks, are served daily. Special diets and individual food likes and dislikes are addressed at every meal in the nursing home.
Residents of Legacy House nursing home receive the following services:
- RN/LPN on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- 34 skilled nursing beds
- Medicaid & Medicare accepted
- Daily housekeeping, personal laundry, and linen services
- Daily activities and social services
- Weekly spiritual services
- Registered dietary visits for special needs and meal planning
